About Us

Clarion Gramercy is a leading real estate investment fund manager focused on single tenant logistics and light industrial properties located across Europe.

Clarion Gramercy acquires assets that are subject to existing leases, purchases properties through sale-leaseback transactions and funds build-to-suit developments. It has a focus on Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain although it has an active investment pipeline covering many European countries.

Europe Acquisition Criteria

Clarion Gramercy is a pan-European investor into single tenant real estate assets with a focus on logistics and light industrial properties. It acquires assets subject to existing leases, invests through sale-leaseback transactions and funds build-to-suit programs. It has a strong bias towards assets that will be subject to greater than five year leases. The assets are typically of strategic importance to the underlying tenant.

  • Transactions

Existing leased properties and portfolios, build-to-suits and forward commitments / development funding, sale-leasebacks

  • Tenant Credit Types

Focus on strong, durable tenants, will consider investment grade, non-investment grade and unrated tenants
