As a result of this transaction, Gramercy Europe is now known as Clarion Gramercy.

Clarion Gramercy is a pan-European investor into single tenant real estate assets with a focus on logistics and light industrial properties. It acquires assets subject to existing leases, invests through sale-leaseback transactions and funds build-to-suit programs. It has a strong bias towards assets that will be subject to greater than five year leases. The assets are typically of strategic importance to the underlying tenant.

Mr. Graham FRICS has over 30 years' international experience in the real estate logistics sector. Prior to joining Gramercy, Paul headed real estate at DHL, the world's largest logistics provider, for the region Europe, Middle East and Africa. He led a front line team of 80 people with responsibility for around 3,000 facilities in 100-plus countries. Paul brings substantial occupational and business experience to Gramercy.
Mr. Calvert is CEO of Gramercy Europe Limited, which was formerly ThreadGreen Europe. Mr. Calvert established the original ThreadGreen business in 2006, launching its first fund in 2007, and subsequently selling the business to Gramercy Property Trust in December 2014. Simultaneously with Gramercy Property Trust being acquired by Blackstone in October 2018, Gramercy Europe became an independent fund manager through a management buyout from Blackstone. Under Mr. Calvert’s leadership, Gramercy Europe has transacted on more than £2.2 billion of logistics and light industrial property in the past 4 years.
Mr. Patrassi is the CFO & COO of Gramercy Europe Limited, which was formerly ThreadGreen. Prior to joining ThreadGreen, Mr. Patrassi served as Head of Finance and Administration at GWM Capital Advisors LLP which provides alternative investment strategies and manages over EUR 1BN in third party assets. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
Mr. Vinson joined Gramercy Europe in September 2016 as Senior Director Investments. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Gramercy Property Trust in New York where he managed the disposition of over $1 billion in assets as part of a strategic portfolio realignment following the company’s merger with Chambers Street Properties in 2015. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Mr. Buck is a Senior Director at Gramercy Europe focussing on investments. Prior to Gramercy, he worked in the investment team at the UK opportunistic real estate fund Brockton Capital where he split his time between acquisitions and asset management activities. Before Brockton, Mr. Buck worked as an investment professional for Doughty Hanson Real Estate (DHRE), the pan-European opportunistic real estate investor.
Mr. Peach is the Finance Director of Gramercy Europe Limited. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) since 2012 and has worked in the asset management industry since becoming a chartered accountant. Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Peach served as the Fund Controller of the Credit Opportunities Funds at AnaCap Financial Partners LLP, which managed over EUR 1BN in third party assets.
Mr. Allenby is a Director at Gramercy Europe and heads the European asset management operations from the company's office in Berlin. Previously, Mr. Allenby worked at CR Investment Management for seven years, where he managed a variety of property portfolios and led the real estate underwriting team on several large scale loan portfolio acquisitions. He is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is fluent in English and German.
Mr. Schäfer is a Vice President in the Investment Team. Prior to joining Gramercy Europe, he worked as an Analyst at The British Land Company in London. Mr. Schäfer received his Bachelor of Arts from Cambridge University, where he graduated with first class honours from the Land Economy programme. He is fluent in English and German.
Mr. Strang is a Vice President in the Investment Team. Prior to joining Gramercy Europe he worked as an Analyst in J.P. Morgan Cazenove’s Investment Banking Department, where he covered diversified industrial companies, and subsequently the mining sector. Mr. Strang received his Master of Engineering degree from New College, Oxford University, where he graduated with first class honours.
Mr. Milkhu is an Associate in the Investment Team. Prior to joining Gramercy Europe, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Real Estate Group at J.P. Morgan in London for three years. Mr. Milkhu received his Bachelor of Science from Warwick University, where he graduated with first class honours from the Economics programme.
